Second step: Draw two ovals for the eyes.
Third step: Draw two more ovals and connect them.
Fourth step: Draw a mouth that is a circle that is small.
Fifth step: Draw the arm it looks like a shark fin and add the little hood
Sixth step: Draw down and make another arm.
Seventh step: Draw the rest of a shirt.
Eighth step: Draw two lonely lines on each side of the shirt and then draw a rectangle two make the belt
Ninth step : Draw two curved feet and add detail.
